Rehearsals - The Singing Club

We divide the year into three terms for weekly practice:
Spring (Jan – Mar), Summer (Apr – Jul) and Autumn (Sept – Dec).
There is a half term break (usually one week) around the middle of each term.

If you’re interested please come along, have a listen and join in to see if it’s for you. New and prospective members benefit from two free ‘taster’ sessions.

Practice Venues

Tuesday 7.30-9.30pm – Singing Club, Usk meets at Usk Sessions House, Maryport St, Usk, NP15 1AD. There are several steps at the front entrance, however step-free access to the old courtroom, where rehearsals take place, is available via a ramp.

Wednesday 9.45-11.45am – Singing Club, ‘Wake-up Wednesday’ meets at Tidenham War Memorial Hall, Coleford Rd, Tutshill, NP16 7BN. (Near junction with Mopla Rd). Free parking next to Hall. Rehearsal space is on the ground floor level.

Wednesday 7.30-9.30pm – Singing Club, Duke’s Yard meets at the music room, Elmdale. Please contact us if you want to attend this group.

Thursday 7.30-9.30pm – Singing Club, Chepstow meets at the music room, Elmdale. Please contact us if you want to attend this group.

Autumn Term Dates 2026

For all Singing Clubs:

Autumn Term 2026 will last for 14 weeks

Term will start during week beginning Monday 7^th September

Half Term will be week beginning Monday 2^nd Nov

End of term (final sessions) will be in week beginning Mon 14th Dec

Spring Term 10 weeks

Start of term w/b Monday 11^th Jan

Half Term one week w/b Monday 15^th Feb (English half term)
